Dash0 grabs 35M from Accel and Cherry Ventures to build the first AInative observability platform

Observability today is afflicted by excessive noise, complexity, and escalating costs, leaving developers and operators struggling to extract actionable insights from their systems.
Dash0 is changing this with its AI-native observability platform, anchored by Agent0, an SRE AI copilot designed to simplify issue resolution by turning telemetry insights into real-time actions. Today, the company has secured $35 million in Series A funding, co-led byAccelandCherry Ventures, with participation from existing investorDIG Ventures.
Founded in 2023 byMirko Novakovic, a serial entrepreneur who previously founded Instana, Dash0 aims to create a platform that is open, transparent, and developer-friendly. Leveraging his deep observability experience, Novakovic focuses on cutting through noise, enriching signal quality, and empowering users with a system that not only detects problems but also helps remediate root causes.
The company’s proprietary SIFT framework (Spam Filter, Ingest, Filter, Triage) underpins Agent0’s intelligence, enabling automated creation of personalised alerts, dashboards, and pipeline rules.

Dash0 differentiates itself from competitors such as Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, and open-source alternatives like SigNoz by fully embracing an AI-native core and open standards, including OpenTelemetry.
With transparent pricing and over 270 customers acquired within nine months, Dash0 is proving its appeal as a modern, efficient alternative to legacy players that often burden users with complexity and vendor lock-in.
